Our business grows because your garden grows, so we do our best to provide healthy vigorous tubers to help you grow beautiful flowers.
Placing an Order
Tubers are not reserved in your cart; only secured once payment is complete.
If someone else checks out first, the item may disappear from your cart.
Stock amounts vary by variety; we are a small farm and can only grow so much.
High-demand or low-stock varieties sell out quickly.
No substitutions offered.
Refunds will be issued if tubers don’t survive winter storage.
Orders will be filled with available stock in the order that they are received.
Availability may change based on storage outcomes.
Combine Shipping
On your second order (and third...):
Select “Free farm stand pick-up” at checkout.
Add note with first order number and request to combine.
Shipping Information
Canada only (no international shipping).
Shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail.
Shipments begin in April, scheduled by climate zone:
Warmer regions: early April
Colder regions: May
No early shipping.
Tracking number will be emailed.

Delays, lost packages, delivery issues.
Packages left outside/mailboxes in cold.
Monitor tracking and retrieve promptly
Tuber Guarantee
All tubers are grown on our farm.
Each tuber guaranteed to have at least one viable eye.
Some eyes may be slower to sprout; may need to be “woken up.”
Inspect tubers upon arrival.
Contact us with any issues.
No liability for issues after receipt due to improper care/storage.
Tuber Identification
Tubers are labelled during dividing and after blooming.
While care is taken, minor ID errors are possible. If a tuber is mis labelled notify us immediately.
Dahlia Viruses
Plants inspected for viruses regularly; symptomatic ones are removed immediately.
No formal virus testing due to cost.
Virus transmission possible via pests, water, or human contact.
Virus-free status not guaranteed but we do our best to provide healthy tubers.
